Pre-Order Only: All products are sold on a pre-order basis only. We require advance notice to prepare, smoke, and deliver your food with the quality and tenderness you expect.

Confirmed Order: Your order is considered confirmed only after we have received full payment and sent you an official order confirmation email.

Order Changes: Due to the complexity of the smoking process, we may not be able to accommodate changes to an order made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up or ship date.
3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices listed on the website are subject to change. The price you pay is the price listed at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.
4. Pickup and Delivery

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your pick-up time, shipping address, and contact information.

Timeliness (Pickup): If you are picking up your order, please arrive within your scheduled pick-up window. We cannot guarantee the freshness or temperature of your food if you arrive outside of the agreed-upon time.

Delivery Risk (Shipping): For shipped orders, risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. While we take every precaution (see Shipping Policy), we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations is governed entirely by our Returns & Refunds Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept the refund limitations outlined in that separate policy, particularly regarding perishable goods and cancellation timelines (48 hours).
